Zuari Industries has entered into a joint venture (JV) agreement with Israel Chemicals for establishing and operating a soluble fertiliser production facility in India.
According to an official release issued by Zuari Industries to the BSE today, the proposal is for 50:50 JV for a water soluble NPK Fertiliser Plant with an initial capacity of 10,000 tonne per year.
