The DLF public issue was subscribed 1.28 times at the end of day two of the offer period.From the data available on the NSE web site, the IPO has received 22.31 crore bids against total issue size of 17.5 crore shares. Around 48.31 lakh bids were made at cut-off price of Rs 550.
Qualified institutional buyers have been showing great interest. They have subscribed it 2.08 times. They have bid for 21,72,85,430 shares against 10,44,00,000 shares reserved for them.
Non-institutional investors subscribed to their portion 0.02 times while retail subscribed it 0.10 times.Employees bid for 76,780 share against 10,00,000 on offer.
The company is offering 175,000,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each through a 100% book building process. The price band is Rs 500-550 and the issue closes Thursday.The issue would constitute 10.27% of the fully diluted post-issue capital of the company.
